A Luxury Picnic Business

Pinkys Out Picnic Co is a small business with the sole intention of providing a unique luxurious experience for any occasion. Based in Hopkinsville Ky, we serve locals and surrounding cities. We launched in the summer of 2021 during the pandemic. We want to provide a way for people to still celebrate while still being safe. All of our equipment, decor, and linens are sanitized in between each use. To provide the ultimate experience, we partner with excellent vendors to add that extra touch. Whether your occasion is a proposal, tea party, date night, or birthday, we’ve got it covered.

The Holiday (whichever holiday is closest is what the decor will be set up for)

The Romance (classic white, beige, red, and black create a romantic set up)
Each package is carefully curated to meet your needs and expectations. There are three packages to choose from that have a varying color scheme and we will incorporate the colors you desire most to make that day special.
These packages allow add Ons and last for two hours. You get to choose the location! We set up in local parks, backyards, and even living rooms! Upon booking, a deposit fee is collected which reserves your date and time and it will be added to your total. We require a two week notice in order to book. Complete payment is due one week before the date of. You can provide your own food if you wish or choose our charcuterie board that can feed up to 6. Prices vary. We also offer a tea party add on that can be added on to any package. We provide tiered trays, tea pots, cups, saucers and 2 tea selections. We also provide sandwiches and scones. About Pinkys Out Picnic Co
When I was a little girl, my mom would set up small tea parties for me and my two older sisters. We loved being able to sit around a small table that was just our size and eat small sandwiches with cookies and chips. We had a toy pitcher that mom would fill with her own sweet tea. I remember how simple and meaningful those moments were.
As I grew older, I was drawn to tea cups and tea pots and started having my own tea parties for my niece to enjoy. I loved doing it so I decided to start a business. By incorporating tea parties into luxury picnics that are fun and unique, I’m able to share my life’s joy with others. We hope you will let Pinky's Out Picnics recreate some old memories or be the start to some new ones!
